Primulina ‘Avery’s Amethystinium’

Primulina ‘Avery’s Amethystinium’, 2013, IR131218, Avery Chan, China. (P. eburnea x P. gueilinensis v. longipedunculata). Cross made April 4, 2012 planted June 6, 2012 and first flowered Aug. 4, 2013. Reproducible only vegetatively. Rosette. Leaves dark green, 10 cm long x 5 cm wide with 1 cm petiole, elliptic with entire margin and acute tip. Calyx split, green, 0.5 cm long. Pedicel 12 cm with 3 flowers. Corolla infundibuliform, 3.5 cm long x 2 cm wide, purple.
