Primulina ‘Cat’s Garland’

Primulina ‘Cat’s Garland’, 2016, IR161319, Lai Bi-dan, Huang Yi-qin, Guangxi, China (P. yungfuensis  P. glandulosa var yangshouensis). Cross made 6.5.2013, planted 7.10.2013, and first flowered 5.25.2015.  Reproducible only vegetatively. Basal rosette with1-2 cm stem.  Dark green leaves with gray or white short soft hair, 8.5-10 cm long x 6-6.5 cm wide with 6.5-8 cm petiole, ovate with crenate margin, cuneate base and acute tip, hairy. Calyx split, maroon, 0.8-1 cm long. Pedicel 0.6-1.2 cm with 15-25 flowers. Corolla salverform, 2.3-2.6 cm long x 1.5-1.7 cm wide, pink white with double light yellow guidelines and several purple lines in a throat. Very floriferous, flowers form a circular garland.
