Primulina ‘GCCC’s Koi’, 2021, IR211685, hybridized by Fang Wen, Yi-Gang Wei; Guangxi Institute of Botany; Guilin, China. (P. petrocosmeoides x P. jinyu sp. nov.). Cross made 04.10.2018, seeds planted 09.20.2018, first flowering 04.12.2020. Sterile, reproducible only vegetatively. Basal rosette, stem ca. 1 cm. Leaves green, ca. 3.5 cm long, ca. 2.4 cm wide, 5-7 cm petiole, ovate with cuneate base, acute tip, crenate margin, smooth. Calyx split, dark green, ca. 5 mm. Length of the pedicel 1-1.5 cm, 3-8 flowers per axil. Corolla salverform, ca. 3 cm long, ca. 2 cm wide, multicolor, dark yellow with reddish purple stripes and plaques, filaments dark purple. Small plant size. Prefers bright scattered natural light; moist but well-drained & calcium-rich substrate (equal to PH ≥7.0); don’t overfertilize and overwater.
