Streptocarpus ’Blue Heaven’. 1999, IR99577, J. Ford, OH. [1987]. (‘Double Raspberry Parfait’ x S. johannis). Seed fertile, pollen sterile, reproducible only vegetatively. Rosette. Leaves bullate, dark green, 18 cm long x 5 cm wide, linear with entire margin and acute tip. 3-4 flowers per peduncle. Corolla salverform, double, light blue with dark blue veins, one predominant vein in center of three lower lobes, white throat with double lavender center, ruffled edges so that lobes overlap. First commercial listing 1993, Tiki Nurs. cat. Flowers also given as semi-double.
