Streptocarpus ’Celestial Radiance’. 2005, IR05898, D. Thompson, IA. (‘The King’ x ‘  Bristol’s Blue Water’). Cross made May 2002, planted Dec. 2002 and first flowered Apr. 2003. Fertile but reproducible only vegetatively. Compact rosette. Leaves medium green, bullate, 9 in. long x 3 in. wide, oblong with crenate margin, cuneate base and rounded tip. Calyx green, ¼ in. long. 5 flowers per 4 ½ in. peduncle. Corolla salverform, 1 ½ in. long x 2 in. wide, light blue with deep blue-black veins and with white and deep blue-black striped throat.
