Streptocarpus ‘UA-Arctic’

Streptocarpus ‘UA-Arctic’, 2011, IR111150, Julia Sklvarova, Ukraine. (S. ‘Bianka’ x un-named seedling). Cross made Dec. 14, 2009, planted Feb. 27, 2010 and first flowered Dec. 5, 2010. Fertile but reproducible only vegetatively.  Rosette. Leaves light green, 20-25 cm long x 8 cm wide, elliptic to oblong with undulate margin and acute tip. Calyx green, fused. Pedicel 9-10 cm with 1-4 flowers per peduncle.. Corolla salverform, 4 cm long x 7-9 cm wide, white with yellow throat, lilac spreading out from throat onto all lobes, frilly margins.
