Primulina ‘First Sight’, 2019, IR191456, hybridized Hai-xia Yan, Da-yan Tao, Jie-ling Deng, Shi-kai Guan; Nanning, China. (P. purpurea F.Wen, Bo Zhao & Y.G. Wei x P. sp.). Cross made 04.06.2017, seeds planted 07.28.2017, first flowered 04.05.2019. Sterile. Reproducible only vegetatively. Basal rosette. Leaves dark green, 3.8-15.0 cm long, 1.8-7.6 cm wide, 1-1.7 cm long petiole, elliptic with cuneate base, entire margin and acute tip, hairy. Calyx spit, green, 0.7-0.9 cm long. Pedicel 1.2-3.5 cm long with 4-8 flowers per axil. Corolla salverform, 4.1-4.6 cm long x 0.8-1.3 cm wide. Corolla purplish. Easy grower, prefers bright scattered natural light, moist but well-drained substrate, temperature range is 0-37℃.
