Primulina ‘Purple Memories’, 2020, IR201505, hybridized by Haixia Yan, Dayan Tao, Shikai Guan, Shuming Luo, Nanning, China. (P. glandaceistriata  x  P. sp). Cross made 04.18.2017, seeds planted 05.30.2017, first flowered 03.05.2020. Sterile. Reproducible only vegetatively. Basal rosette, acaulescent. Leaves green to brown, 13.1-15.4 cm long, 10.5-13.9 cm wide, 2.7-4.9 cm long petiole, ovate with cuneate base, crenate margin and acute tip, hairy. Calyx spit, light green, 0.6-0.7 cm long. Pedicel 0.7-1.5 cm long with 4-13 flowers per axil. Corolla salverform, 4.8-5.1 cm long x 1.3-1.4 cm wide, purplish. Large blossoms on strong straight bloomstalks with large bracts. Prefers more humid environment, does not tolerate direct sunlight. Suitable to grow in a temperature range 20-28℃.
