Primulina ‘Angel’s Wings’, 2020, IR201496, hybridized by Haixia Yan, Shikai Guan, Dayan Tao, Qian Song, Nanning, China. (P. macrorhiza x P. purpurea). Cross made 04.05.2017, seeds planted 05.09.2017, first flowered 03.15.2018. Sterile. Reproducible only vegetatively. Basal rosette, acaulescent. Leaves light green with white veins, 8.6-9.3 cm long, 4-5 cm wide, 3.4-6.9 cm long petiole, linear to elliptic with cuneate base, crenate margin and acuminate tip, hairy. Calyx spit, green, 1.4-1.6 cm long. Pedicel 4-6 cm long with 9-10 flowers per axil. Corolla salverform, 5.3-5.7 cm long x 1.6-1.8 cm wide, purple. Suitable to grow in a weaker scattered light environment, relatively moist substrate, temperature range 10-40℃.
