Primulina ‘Pink Silk Skirt’, 2020, IR201523 registered by Wen Fang, Huang Zhang-jie, Xin Zi-bing, Guangxi Institute of Botany, CAS & GCCC, Guilin, China. (P. beiliuensis var. fimbribracteata x P. fimbrisepala var. fimbrisepala) Cross made 03.23.2015, seeds planted 03.07.2016, first flowering 04.10.2017. Sterile, reproducible only vegetatively. Basal rosette. Leaves green 10-18 cm long, 8-17 cm wide, 3-5 cm petiole, ovate, with cordate base, acute tip, undulate margin, hairy. Calyx split, yellow with red hair, 0.3-0.6 cm. Length of the pedicel 1.5-2.0 cm, 7-9 flowers per axil. Corolla salverform, 4-5 cm long x 2 cm wide, pink with purple lines and two light yellow stripes in a tube, red pistil with white stigma. Shade-tolerant but enjoys bright scattered light, prefers moist but well-drained substrate, will not bear temperature below freezing.
