Primulina ‘Pretty Girl’, 2020, IR201499, hybridized by Haixia Yan, Shikai Guan, Qian Song, Jinye Zhou, Nanning, China. (P. yungfuensis  x  P. pungentisepala). Cross made 03.07.2018, seeds planted 05.02.2018, first flowered 02.15.2020. Sterile. Reproducible only vegetatively. Basal rosette, acaulescent. Leaves dark green with wide white veins, 10.3-12.2 cm long, 5.5-7.3 cm wide, 2.0-3.8 cm long petiole, elliptic with cuneate base, crenate margin and acute tip, hairy. Calyx spit, light green, 0.7-0.9 cm long. Pedicel 4-5 cm long with 4 flowers per axil. Corolla salverform, 4.9-5.4 cm long x 1.4-1.7 cm wide, purple. Cultivation is easy. Excellent tolerance to drought and heat. Good ventilation is necessary. Requires bright scattered light.
