Sinningia ‘Spanish Skirts’, 2021, IR211561, hybridized by Margery Anderson-Clive, Portugal. (S. ‘Clara Louise’ x S. bullata). Cross made 05.16.2015, seeds planted 08.24.2015, first flowering 01.20.2016. Fertile. Reproducible only vegetatively. Upright habit, stem length 4-6 inch. Leaves shiny bright green, pebbly, 5 inch long, 4 inch wide, 0.75 inch petiole, ovate, with cordate base, acute tip, crenate margin, bullate. Calyx split, green with red lines, 0.5 inch. Length of the pedicel 2.5 inch, 2 flowers per axil. Corolla salverform, 2.125 inch long, 1.5 inch wide, bright red with pink pattern, striped pink throat.
