Sinningia ‘Rock Loves Dale’, 2016, IR161348, hybridized by Jay Sespico, FL ((S.’Scensational Pepperpot’) x (S. ‘Thad’s Gas Planet’ x S.speciosa ‘Pedra Lisa’)). Cross made 01.17.2014, planted 04.25.2014, and first flowered 10.20.2014.   Fertile, reproducible only vegetatively. Basal rosette, stem length 1 in. Leaves green, 6 in. long, 4 in. wide, with 2 in. petiole, ovate with cuneate base, crenate margin and acute tip, smooth. Calyx split, green,1.4 in. long. Pedicel 4 in. with 1 flower per axil. Corolla peloric, upright with radial symmetry 3 in. long x 3.6 in. wide, deep red with lighter throat and wavy petal edges. Backs of the petals are white.
