Streptocarpus ‘Fred’s Midnight Kisses’

Streptocarpus ‘Fred’s Midnight Kisses’, 2013, IR131226, Fred Bellairs, MI. (S. ‘Baby Kisses’ x S. Midnight Thunder’), Cross made Mar. 2012, planted June 2012 and first flowered Jan. 2013. Fertile but reproducible only vegetatively. Small rosette. Leaves bullate, dark green, 4 in. long x 2 in. wide, ovate with crenate margin and acute tip. Calyx split, green. Corolla salverform, 1.5 in. wide, top lobes light purple, darker purple veining, , bottom 3 lobes deep purple with darker lines and white margin.
