Shipping Information

All publication orders are shipped via surface mail to addresses in North America and either by surface mail or air mail to other addresses (based on what delivery method you have chosen). All other items are shipped via surface mail to all addresses. Our volunteer staff will make every effort to fulfill your order in a timely manner. However, please allow at least 6 – 8 weeks for delivery.  If you should have any questions about your order, you can contact our customer service department.

Secure Shopping

Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information during purchases, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, most banks either cover all the charges that result from the unauthorized use (please check with your bank for more details).

If you request information from www.gesneriadsociety.org through any of our email addresses, online shopping or Contact Form, we use the information you submit to fulfill your requests.
