The annual appeal helps support gesneriad research and education by ensuring that grant money is available for students and researchers.  We ask you to consider a generous tax-deductible donation to The Nellie D. Sleeth Scholarship Endowment Fund (NDSSEF), the target fund for 2013. The NDSSEF supports the education of students interested in the Gesneriaceae. Melissa Johnson of California and Oscar Humberto Marin Gómez of Colombia were the Sleeth Scholars for 2013.

The Sleeth Scholarship Fund receives no money from membership dues – it is supported solely by donations. Your donation will ensure that this fund remains healthy and growing as we continue to award scholarships to deserving students.
